Free Friday is a 30-minute virtual guided relaxation experience using imagery and focused attention to help you slow down, create space, and gently leave the workweek behind as you step into your weekend.
During the session, you won't be asked to write, read, speak, or complete any exercises. All you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and listen to my voice as I guide you through the experience. No previous experience with meditation or guided imagery is needed.
We recommend joining a few minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy the full experience from the beginning. The session will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.
Free Friday should be enjoyed from a quiet, comfortable place where you can safely close your eyes and relax without interruption. Please do not participate while driving, commuting, or doing anything that requires your attention.
There is nothing to prepare, achieve, or work through. Simply show up, get comfortable, and give yourself 30 minutes to pause, reset, and enjoy the experience.Give yourself 30 minutes to slow down, reset, and start your weekend with intention. When We Meet
Free Friday is currently offered one Friday each month at 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
We recommend joining a few minutes early so you can settle in before we begin. Each session starts promptly at 5:30 p.m. and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
You’re encouraged to join us each month and continue investing in yourself by making relaxation an intentional part of your self-care.
Who Free Friday Is For
Free Friday is for anyone who wants to create a little more space between the demands of the week and their weekend.
You do not need to be experiencing a particular challenge or working toward a specific goal. Wanting an intentional moment to slow down, reset, and give yourself the gift of time is reason enough.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience with guided relaxation or imagery is needed.

Free Friday is a guided relaxation experience using imagery and focused attention. Some of the techniques may also be used in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, but Free Friday itself is not an individual hypnotherapy session.

No. Free Friday should only be experienced in a safe, quiet place where you can close your eyes and relax without needing to pay attention to your surroundings. Please do not participate while driving, commuting, or doing anything that requires your attention.
